I am unhappy that I was charged twice for my heater, which only became clear to me when I viewed my credit card statement! My phone call to Dehumidifiers resulted in the processing of a refund that should be received back onto my card in 3 to 5 days, however, I will have to pay the 2 charges now before the credit is received! Why are payment receipts not reconciled with invoices so that you know you have over charged before such difficulties arise?
