Initial processing was quick but my purchase was complicated by TNT losing the goods. That can happen, but the subsequent communications with dehumidifieruk was bad. Five emails from me went unanswered. Customer services were polite when I phoned them, but didn't return calls although they promised to do so. It took 3 weeks to get the goods which should have arrived in 24 hours. At one stage I thought that it might well have gone to default, and I put paypal on warning. Could certainly do better.
