We bought a dehumidifier from this company and couldn't be happier with the service. Communication throughout has been friendly, polite and speedy. The one I had ordered was out of stock and they emailed me with in a day (at the weekend) to let me know this. I then changed the machine I wanted to one they had in stock and this was delivered within 3 days. We live in a remote location and it was a miracle that it got here as soon as it did. Companies usually use our location as an excuse to charge more or deliver slower but not this company. Thank you for your excellent service.
