Delivery was on time in November 2014, although the dehumidifier came with a free weather station that never turned up. I have called up 3 times and emailed 4 times, when speaking with customer services every time I got an apology and said they will send it. The emails were a waste of time also as not reply.
Its now April 2015 and I still have not received the weather station.
