I purchased a unit from Dehimifiers UK in February of 2020 which has since developed a fault, this was soon dealt with by George and the team, with a swift replacement and upgrade now being organised, of which I was happy to pay the difference.
The customer service has again been excellent, the same as it was with the original purchase.
I have been kept informed at every step and as a result this has only increased my trust in this company.
Easily dealing with a fault that was neither their or my fault, but rectified swiftly.
