I always receive what I have ordered, so far I haven't experienced any troubles. What does concern me is the packaging. I have ordered face creams, 2 really small things and they came in a huuuge box. Please, be more mindful of how you use packaging. It really wasn't necessary to use a box that was several times bigger than what was inside.
