First of all, I dont like the approach of issuing a voucher for returned goods. I would more appreciate to have my money returned and then decide what to buy, rather then being forced to watch out when is the expiry date of the voucher.
Compared to other competitors, here we have to pay delivery price which is not welcomed. Delivery should be free above certain amount.
