Dpd delivery was not efficient . The updates and status and info on delivery points are not correct they claimed to have tried to delivered twice when I was home the entire day and no phone called was received . I had to request redirect to a delivery point and even the hours and availability on their site we’re wrong . I don’t know why you use this services as they are unreliable and I have had a few deliveries claimed to have been delivered and never find the package they say they left anywhere safe near my adress which is pathetic service and excuse for things to be stolen : Box and product appeared to have already been opened but not used .
