Out of three army knives ordered only two were in the box, even though the delivery slip said all three were included in the delivery. I sent a message to customer service to ask if they were going to send the missing item. Their website says they respond within 24 hours on weekdays. Still no response from them, and I have waited at least 3 days. Delivery was not next day, as advertised, but this is not a big problem for me.
