First order on Deindeal and it hasn't been pleasant unfortunately.
We ordered our sofa on 11 December and until today (Jan 16) it hasnt arrived even when it say on the website when we ordered that it will be shipped between 25-31 Dec.
We had to call customer service multiple times (customer service was great, they were prompt and helpful) to check delivery status, cancellation etc. Will definitely think twice about buying from Deindeal again. It wwould be faster if we had shipped our sofa from Asia.
