The table had a long delivery time which was more than expected. I received 10CHF compensation for the delay. I appreciate the gesture.
However after the table arrived, it was damaged in two places. I have sent 3 emails to discuss this and I am still waiting for a response. I emailed back to the thread already started by the admin team, so do not understand why I haven’t had a response?
I am left with a damaged table and no solution for 10 days. Very bad customer service.
