Bad. I ordered the item in advance for a specific event with a few days buffer. On the expected day of delivery I asked them at what time my item was coming. They told me "only then" it was going to be about 10 days after... They said, "there is nothing we can do, or will do".
True, I had the option to cancel the order, but that was a cheap option...
