Very bad experience. Every time I am told a different thing by customer service, always avoiding to pay for the returns which this time I took a picture when I ordered. I send it to customer service but now no response. Take ages to get a reply. Last time I had to choose the expensive Swiss post option because I was running out of time to return. No acknowledgement of the trouble the customer goes through.
