Bad costumer service, they don’t take calls, they don’t answer emails, I got a reply after a week saying I shouldn’t send more emails otherwise the answer takes longer. Packet was wrongly delivered by DPD (proof of delivery shows that it’s not my house) (2/7/24) I reached out to deindeal, they said they contacted DPD, I called DPD and DPD said deindeal closed the case.
15/7/24 Update: Called dpd to ask about the packet and they claim they contacted DeinDeal to say it’s lost. I was not informed about this and I haven’t received a replacement packet or any solution whatsoever.
Contacted them again and there hasn’t been a reply.
