While I found it easy to purchase the microwave/convection oven, I have yet to receive it! I never received any kind of tracking information, and in spite of repeated emails to the company, as well as being on hold for almost an hour, twice, I have not had any answer. I plan to cancel my order with my credit card company. Today, when I tried once again to call the customer service hotline, I heard a recording that said that the hotline was not working. Stay away from this company!
