Not great. I had bought something a year ago, which unfortunately was not what I expected. My bad. I then sent it back and asked for refund. I received credit back, withtout any notice. Then maybe 1 month before expiration date (which is already something surprising), I was alerted my credit was running out. I then proceeded to buy a pair of shoes, which I received in correct time, however in two different sizes. I have been in communication with customer service to get the money sent back to my account, but have not received it. Now my credit note is lowered due to this shipping mistake from DeinDeal (shipping fees).
