I have always had a postove experience with Deindeal however this time I was sent a defective product that seems used .I mailed it back the nexr day but I had to pay for the shipping. I do hope I will get refunded for what I paid for the robot plus the shipping fee . I spoke to a very nice customer service rep who promised will get my refund
