Claim referred to Butterworth solicitors on 1/11/17. Heard nothing for nearly 3 months. On enquiring was told EasyJet had refused compensation for precisely the same reasons they had rejected our original claim in June! Solicitors unprepared to take the matter further. A total waste of time and effort!
