Efficient customer service but the solicitor that was appointed was rather lacklustre in their approach to the case, with them not wishing to challenge the reason for the delay given by the airline, despite it being a straight forward case. I subsequently represented myself and used the CEDR to mediate with the airline. Full compensation was awarded in my favour. My first review mysteriously disappeared, so I hope this one will not disappear as well.
