I receive regular updates of delayed services on SE Trains and the process for reclaiming is very efficient and easy to use.
There are occasionally anomalies where I know my train was delayed but it either does not appear on the daily update or the claim is rejected for some reason best known to SE trains.
However these anomalies are few and otherwise I thin the DRS works very well and worth the monthly subscription.
