A very good service that makes submitting delay claims a breeze.
The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is I believe it would be even better if it was a native app and the submission of ticket details was a little simpler (needs a user experience specialist in order to improve this).
Well worth the subscription cost, many thanks.
