The tool is easy to use especially if on the higher subscription level.
The DRS customer support team have submitted improvement requests (09/10) to the DRS Development Team on my behalf for a VAT receipt, however I have yet to hear if my suggestion will be implemented.
A friend referred my to DRS, we both followed the necessary process, however he did not receive the reward automatically, as we had expected.
I had issues with DRS and Paypay 02/16, this was never resolved hence I have used anothe payment method,which made me happy.
DRS are prompt to answer queries via their chat forum and email, and with more experience will become knowledgeable at answering queries fully.
