I use the basic service and generally it works fine. However, recently the data to check trains on 'find trains' has been missing for whole chunks of routes. When I have emailed for assistance, I either got flobbed off with lies or completely ignored.
Therefore, make your applications timely and be aware that 'support' is pretty poor when things don't get well.
