I have been a full paying member for 2 years now and have been extremely happy with the service offered by DRS.
As with any technology, there will naturally sometimes be challenges and DRS has not been the exception. They have however absolutely always been extremely responsive with their support and willingness to resolve any technical issues that have arisen. Their programmers also seem just as keen and have been extremely quick with implementing new changes or meeting customer requests.
A big 10 out of 10 from me for a great team!
