I signed up for Cloud-2 plan at deletezero.in But their i/o usage limit is just 2MB/s which is much less than my present host. I saw this limit only after logging into cpanel. One cannot see this anywhere in their website. Hence on the same day, I requested them to cancel my service and refund me. They immediately cancelled the service. But never refunded my money that I paid. Their moneyback guarantee is 7 days. Its more than a week since I cancelled. They are not properly replying the support ticket too. Now I searched about them and found lot of similar cases in which they snatched customer money. I think they are a fraud company which never refunded clients upon cancellation. beware friends about Deletezero.com and deletezero.in scam
