Products are always top notch. About 70% of the time, shipping packaging is not sufficient to prevent the product packaging from getting damaged in transit. The other 30% of the time, products are shipped in a small cardboard box and arrive in perfect condition. Customer service over the phone is spot on, but not so much via email. Overall great shopping experience.
