We would like to put in a good word for Ric Pahate, the technician.
We mentioned to him that we are looking at why our power consumption has been high over the last 12 months, and asked him to check the efficiency of our reverse cycle aircon unit. This he did, and assured us it was fine. He also gave us a few tips to ensure we get the best value from use of the system, and clarified for us the purpose, and best use, of the booster function.
We appreciated his knowledgable advice, and the effort he put into setting us straight.
