I am very pleased with the service provided by the Delta Technician today. He knew exactly what the problem was, was very amiable, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Such a pleasant change, we have had other companies out and nothing was solved, just bandaid fixes. Thanks Delta, very happy customer :-)
