we was in cancun for 10 days and took the delta to mujres island (woman island) the staff on the boat was great had a great time the only thing bad was we stopped for snorkeling and then went to island and they stopped again for swimming. they should take the people to island that don't want to swim as it only gives you a hour and half to see island and shop we rented a golf cart to see the runes at end of island and had no time to shop before having to be back to board boat.
