Online ordering was easy, and the choice of options was good. The price was a little higher that some other websites, but I wanted a high quality product, and the final product didn't disappoint. I was able to order the plate with the spacing I wanted (which was covered with stickers saying the plates are not legal - as expected). One anomaly was that I chose the 3d letters, and it was suggested I buy a fixing kit (which I declined), but when the plates arrived it said I shouldn't try drilling the 3D lettering, and that I should use sticky pads (so the fixing kit would have been useless anyway). Overall, very satisfied - the plates are great quality, and look great!
