Plates turned up almost straight away. But when my partner tried getting them for me as a present and the V5 wasn't in her name they said they couldn't make them After she had paid and then they wanted £20 per number plate and wouldn't refund her which I thought was highly unfair. Would advise you use someone else to make your number plates if you are buying as a present for someone else because they can be unfair as my partner emailed them several times and they ignored it so she had to go through bank to just get £20 back when it should've been 60.
