Initially 'phoned to clarify a couple of things and I was immediately put at ease regarding my purchase. Purchasing process was very simple with e-mail updates from Demon Plates regarding order status. Arrived well packaged 3 days later and I wasn't disappointed. More expensive than other suppliers but the customer service provided made up for that. I would not hesitate to recommend Demon Plates.
