Easy to use website, see at a glance what you were buying, had the option to have no silly slogan at the bottom, price was no more expensive than competitors, didn't mention about documents until buying first and very slight marks on the letters when up close in a certain light, I think the letters are printed on which is a good idea and there is a protective film over the top
