We have used Demon Plates before and the quality of the product is excellent as in the case of the latest purchase. Annoying that apparent computer glitch incorrectly charged my account twice but immediately I contacted for help the refund was dealt with swiftly, with apologies and without delay which is the sort of impressive customer care service others should take note of.
