One bit of advice. I had probs sending the proof documents, reg doc and licence copy. My fault entirely, computer dinosaur. For dopes like me ,it would have been good to advise , copy and paste the docs email address to a fresh email. Don't just click on it , add attachments and send , as they don't seem to go anywhere. My daughter fixed it for me. At least that was my experience. Hope that helps.
