Everything was great about the purchase and delivery process. What negatively affected my experience was that the fasteners supplied weren't appropriate for my motorbike. What I I received was screws with coloured covers for the heads. What I use/needed was yellow and black plastic bolts with accompanying plastic nut. I purchased such items called 'number plate fixings for motorcycles' these from Amazon.
