Designing and ordering the plates was excellent as was the service and delivery times. I have to say I was disappointed with the colour match on the plates in So much as the black lettering (3D design) turned out to be not black but grey with black shading to accentuate the 3D effect. This spoils the whole look of the plate. My previous set which were the same designwere excellent.
