Order placed no problem, but the plates didn't arrive until I followed up with a call and was advised i needed to send in certain documentation, which must be a new law as with order with other companies previously, I hadn't had to. That was my fault for not knowing, but since the paperwork hadn't been supplied - would have been better for demon to remind people like me who don't read all the conditions and terms that i needed to rather than leave the plates sitting there !. The plates are very high quality - 3d gel graphite - I hope they last a long time...
