Service was excellent: when my order was processed it was discovered that the items were not exactly what I needed. I received a phone call to make alternative arrangements. I was then worried about a timely delivery for an event I was planning but the company sent my order first class courier when it did come in, to ensure I got what I needed on time.
I wish more companies offered this level of customer service. Well done Denny!
