The saucepan was ordered and paid for on 17th August. I had an e-mail on 18th August to say Denny's had unexpectedly run out and the saucepan would be dispatched as soon as it is received from supplier, normally 7 to 14 days. I contacted them on 15th September and received a reply that they had to have enough for a minimum order for the Supplier, but it should arrive within a few days. It did arrive by courier (good) on 18th September. If I knew I would have to wait a month to receive the product, I would have got it elsewhere. They should have been upfront when I first ordered the saucepan, and not kept me waiting for a month. This was poor service.
