We ordered two outdoor vail chairs. We loved them so much we ordered two more. Incredibly comfortable and beautiful. The only issue is that the accompanying all weather covers did not arrive with the first set. It rained a lot for the next four days so we are hoping they really are all weather. The covers did arrive for the second set of two. As soon as we alerted DM to the missing items, they generated a shipment for the two missing items. Excellent customer service and follow up. High quality futniture. Love this company. Have recommended and will use again.
