Customer Service went over and beyond to make sure I had a perfectly matched stitch when I needed to replace one stool that was damaged in a flood. They drove to my home and picked it up and returned it the following day. Last week, a visiting guest said it was the most comfortable counter stool she's ever sat in and proceeded to order for her own home! They are chic and receive lots of compliments!
