Denver Modern has kind and caring employees and excellent customer service. The quality of their items is truly beautiful. Unfortunately, we had to return our Vail lounge chair due to the size and the low recline that just didn't work out in our space -- though we had some difficulties returning from the freight company, Kyle from Denver Modern was as helpful as he could be and took ownership to rectify the situation. I wish the chair would have worked in our space as it truly was a piece of art. Thank you DM!
