I have to say, this business won’t be around long and they really should be reported to consumer protection. We bought four of the Outdoor Vail Lounge Chairs. Unfortunately, the chairs came in the wrong color. I called them during their supposed hours of operation FOUR TIMES. No one answered. I left a few messages. Finally, I wrote them an email expressing that I think it is inappropriate not to have an existing customer service channel when selling anything, let alone $1300 chairs. They got back to me vis email and explained that I would have to somehow box these chairs back up and send them back to them. I would pay for the original shipping, and I would have to pay for the return shipping so they can send me the chairs in the color I originally ordered!! I was floored. I would never ever buy anything from this business. Not if it were free. You better get lucky and get what you ordered the first time because there’s no one home at Denver Modern and any mistakes they make are on your dime. Good riddance.
