The new bar stools are beautiful and well-made. They were delivered fully assembled. They were packaged very well. My only complaint is that I didn't know they were being delivered. I knew they had shipped, but I didn't receive any correspondence after that. Luckily I was home because they came on a large pallet and I had to direct the delivery driver where to leave it. I still gave 5 stars for the product, but I do think better communication regarding delivery is needed.
