We ordered 4 Vail Boucle stools and we absolutely love them. FedEx messed up the delivery of 1 of the 4 and Denver Modern was incredibly responsive in helping to track down the 4th stool. Kudos to Kyle Giem, the Customer Service Manager for providing excellent customer service.
