The customer service person who reached out to me by text was awesome and offered free shipping. Despite being unaware that the product was 8-10 weeks out, it was fulfilled after about 3 weeks and arrived quickly. Only downside is the delivery company left me with a pallet that I don’t have a way to dispose of. The vail chairs are beautiful and very comfortable.
