The chairs were gorgeous! Very well-made and sophisticated. Nicely packaged, and arrived in great condition. Communication with the shipping department was excellent, they called to arrange shipment, arrived as expected and had a follow-up to ensure the product arrived. Over-all a great experience for our first order!
