Bought two vail loungers earlier this year love the quality and design. Hand delivered as I live here in Colorado, bough extra covers, the velvet is very durable.
My puppy ended up chewing the wood arm cover on one chair and their customer service team promptly sent a replacement set ! This was very kind and was a standout in my experience furniture shopping !
