The designers were very helpful with providing answers to my questions and offering an incentive to make the sale! They provided swatches and followed up while I was on the fence to buy. The chairs were packaged perfectly with an inner box and an outer box. The boxes showed no sign of damages like dents or tears in the cardboard.
